Afternoon Tea with the BB Bakery

I had the loveliest day on Sunday. My sister always books weird and wonderful things for me, just because I am so so terrible at booking things. She says – “Were doing this!” and I just give her the money. Its a great partnership.  Sunday was a gift to my daughter who turned 10 this year. So me, my daughter , Mum and Sister travelled to Victoria Bus station to have afternoon tea on a tour bus.It truly was brilliant. The old route master bus is just brilliant on its own, but coupled with really lovely food and of course my favourite,  a good cup of English Tea. It was Win Win!

The tour starts at Victoria, Travels passed the London Eye, Big Ben, Harrods, South Kensington, The Royal Albert Hall, Notting Hill, Marble Arch , Piccadilly and then Trafalgar Square. The route approximately last for an hour and a half.

Our bus happened to be booked during the festive season, and we travelled listening to lovely Christmas Music, and also had an option of Christmas Tea.

My 10 year old, really loved the experience and it made a perfect gift for her, and lovely way to spend some time with the ladies of my family, Although I’m quite sure my husband would have loved it too.

The food was really lovely, good options of tasty sandwiches, lovely croissants, delicious scones with cream.

The crackers and candy canes were a lovely little addition for Christmas dsc_7521dsc_7524dsc_7525dsc_7526dsc_7553dsc_7557

The sights were lovely from the top deck of the bus. This is the best I could capture while the bus was moving and it being around sunset time. dsc_7600dsc_7611dsc_7615

I love London, I’m so proud to call my self a Londoner. its such a beautiful , historic, vibrant, creative city. dsc_7618

I really recommend this experience. Its a lovely gift for any age and an experience my daughter and I will remember for a very long time.
