Last Thursday I had the pleasure to experience some wonderful bloggers gatherings. I was kindly invited to have a look at this year’s Mothers Day collections.
My first stop was Not On The High Street, where I got experience jewellery making with Kat & Bee. NOTHS went all out to decorate their head office, and the attention to detail was exquisite.
Kat of Kat & Bee is an extremely talented lady. She makes unique pieces of jewellery with semi-precious gems. Each one is handmade and is a unique piece of art. Kat helped us make our own rings that could also be used as a pendant. Kat & Bees range can be found here
We enjoyed some lovely chat & tea, before moving swiftly on to the next stop.

The gorgeous venue ‘197 Chiswick Fire Station” was the location for an intimate gathering for Martha Brook London. We got to see the pretty Mothers Day range of beautiful notebooks, Calenders and stationary, and also meet Martha herself with her gorgeous new baby Hermione. Marthas Range can be found here

As I left, it got me thinking about how I shop for things. It was really nice to meet the makers behind these brands. While at the events, we all spoke about being supportive of women in business. and one another. As mothers, we all want to be able to have flexible working hours so that we can have a successful career and enjoy time to raise our children. This year I will make a conscious decision to buy something from a maker, that purchase will not only be a lovely gift for my mum but will be helping another person like you and me live their dream career /life.
I loved Martha’s range of stationary and Kats gorgeous pieces of jewellery.
Thank you for stopping by, I hope you enjoyed reading.
Much Love
